Wisconsin Auto Insurance Law

As most of you know, Wisconsin's new Auto Insurance State law went into effect June 1, 2010. The state law increased minimum Bodily Injury limits to $50,000 per person/$100,000 per accident. Property Damage was increased to $15,000, Medical Payments increased to $10,000, Uninsured Motorist was increased to $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident, and Underinsured Motorist was increased to $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident.

EVERYONE now must carry auto insurance and EVERYONE must now carry proof they have auto insurance. If you are a client of ours and you do not have a copy of your insurance in your car, call us at 262-473-3930 and we can mail, email, or FAX the proper documents to you.
